POP-UP SHOP
What is your mobile Pop-Up Shop?
In the Spring of 2015 we went mobile! In addition to our in-home shop, we now offer a mobile service. Our Pop-Up Shop is portable, and we travel! We will bring our design software, laptop, cutter, custom designs, heat press and apparel and set up a tent and display for your event attendees to shop. Customers will choose a design, choose a hoodie (example) size and color, and we will custom create it on the spot!
What does it cost me?
It costs you, as the host, absolutely nothing to have us attend with our Pop-Up Shop. In fact, you can benefit too! Give us a call or email and we will go over our fundraising packages with you. You can choose the package which will most benefit your club.
What will you bring?
Oh so many options! Depending on your event, we will order in the perfect selection for your customers. If you have a hockey tournament, we will bring hoodies, dry fits tees, track suits, blankets and hats. If you have a dance event, we will bring shorts, leggings, tees, and skorts. We can get it all, and will bring what you need!\
What kind of event would you attend?
The majority of events we have attended with our Pop-Up Shop are sporting events. We have done hockey tournaments, gymnastics competitions, dance competitions, baseball opening day, swimming championships, and roller derby scrimmages.
What is your guarantee?
We use the best materials available when printing and cutting designs for your apparel. The majority of our designs are vinyl cut and heat applied. Our manufacturer has a guarentee that the vinyl will outlast the apparel, meaning it will not crack, fade or peel. If you follow our washing instructions, and come across a fault, we will replace that garment for you (but you won't!)
Do you deliver?
With 99.9% of Cowichan Valley orders, you will get personal delivery. In the rare case, we might have to pop it in the mail for you. For the rest of Vancouver Island, we will ship for a flat rate of $5. Please contact us for shipping rates to the US and the rest of Canada.
What is your returns policy?
Once decorated, custom apparel is non-returnable. You won't want to return it anyways; you will love your order!
